LargeCo provides strategic, financial, compliance, HR and operational advisory services to SMEs and startups. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are agreed in a separate proposal or engagement letter.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access restricted areas. Assessment results, quotes and other outputs generated on this site are indicative and subject to confirmation in a written proposal.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website, text, graphics, logos, code and design, is the property of LargeCo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
4. Confidentiality
Information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed at the outset of every engagement.

Our advice is tailored to the information you provide and does not replace independent professional advice from your own lawyers, accountants or regulators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LargeCo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions taken without independent verification.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule and refund terms for each engagement are set out in your engagement letter. Invoices are due within the terms agreed in that document.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LargeCo is registered.
