Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

  • Books behind and untrusted

Accounts that are months out of date and don't reconcile to reality.

  • No visibility into cash

Founders guessing at runway, margin and unit economics.

  • Reactive payroll & tax

Deductions filed late, staff underpaid, penalties accumulating.

  • Not investor-ready

No model, no cap table, no data room when the right conversation opens.

Methodology

Our approach is deliberately sequential. We diagnose the practice against how your business actually operates today, design a plan that fits the stage you're in, and deliver in tight iterations with a single accountable partner. Every engagement is scoped around named outcomes, not billable hours, so decisions are made against deliverables, and the work is auditable at every milestone.

  • 01
    Diagnose

Audit the current stack, chart of accounts and last 12 months of data.

  • 02
    Design

Rebuild the chart, close policy and reporting routine.

  • 03
    Deliver

Close the first month, run payroll, publish the pack.

  • 04
    Sustain

Monthly close, quarterly board pack, annual audit support.

Expected timeline

Most finance & accountancy engagements run on a 90-day operating approach. Weeks 1–2 are spent diagnosing the current state and aligning on the target outcome. Weeks 3–6 focus on design, building the plan, structures and instrumentation. Weeks 7–12 are delivery, where we execute alongside your team and hand over a working system. Longer or lighter engagements are shaped in the discovery call.

Weeks 1–2
Diagnose

Audit, interviews and gap analysis.

Weeks 3–6
Design

Plan, structure, instrumentation.

Weeks 7–12
Deliver

Execution and handover.

Target deliverables

You walk away with a concrete stack of working artefacts, not a slide deck. Everything below is scoped, dated and owned before the engagement kicks off.

  • Cloud bookkeeping setup

Chart of accounts, integrations and training on a modern accounting stack.

  • Monthly close & management accounts

Reconciliations and a pack you can decide with: P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, KPI commentary.

  • Budgeting & cash flow

Annual budget, rolling cash flow forecast and a runway view you can trust.

  • Payroll & tax planning

Payroll processing, statutory deductions and a tax calendar planned rather than reacted to.

  • Financial statements

Year-end statements prepared to standard and ready for audit, lenders or investors.

  • Models & pitch decks

Projections, unit economics, cap table and investor decks that stand up to diligence.

What changes
  • Books closed by the 10th of every month
  • Cashflow you can actually forecast
